At Enercase, we understand that customers may occasionally need to modify or cancel an order after it has been placed. We strive to process orders quickly so that your purchases reach you as soon as possible. Because of our fast fulfillment process, requests to cancel or change an order must be submitted promptly.
This Cancel & Change Order Policy explains when order modifications may be possible, how to request changes, and what happens once an order has entered processing or shipment.
By placing an order with Enercase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms described in this policy.
Our Commitment
Our fulfillment team works efficiently to prepare orders for shipment. Once payment has been successfully authorized, orders may begin processing within a short period of time.
We will always make reasonable efforts to accommodate cancellation or modification requests whenever operationally possible.
However, because order processing begins quickly, we cannot guarantee that every request can be fulfilled.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
Order Cancellation
Customers may request to cancel an order after it has been placed.
Cancellation requests are reviewed based on the current status of the order.
Orders Eligible for Cancellation
An order may be canceled if it has not yet entered processing or shipment preparation.
If your cancellation request is approved:
- Your order will be canceled.
- Any authorized payment will be refunded using the original payment method.
- No cancellation fee will be charged.
Orders That Cannot Be Canceled
Once an order has:
- Entered processing,
- Been packed,
- Been prepared for shipment,
- Been transferred to the shipping carrier, or
- Already shipped,
it generally cannot be canceled.
In these situations, customers may be eligible to request a return after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Order Changes
If you need to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Depending on the order status, we may be able to assist with changes such as:
- Shipping address
- Recipient name
- Contact information
- Product size
- Product color
- Quantity adjustments
All requested changes are subject to inventory availability and processing status.
Changes That May Not Be Possible
Once fulfillment has begun, we may be unable to modify:
- Ordered products
- Product quantities
- Shipping method
- Shipping address
- Billing information
- Payment method
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, no further modifications can generally be made by Enercase.
Address Changes
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information during checkout.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer support team immediately.
Address corrections may be possible only before shipment preparation begins.
If a package has already been shipped, address modifications may depend on the policies and capabilities of the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
Product Changes
Customers wishing to change:
- Crossbody Bags
- Denim Jackets
- Dresses
- Sweaters
should contact us immediately after placing the order.
If fulfillment has not yet started and inventory is available, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate the request.
If modification is no longer possible, customers may return eligible items after delivery according to our Return & Refund Policy.
Combining Multiple Orders
If multiple orders are placed separately, customers may request that they be combined into one shipment.
While we will review each request, combined shipping cannot be guaranteed because orders may already be assigned to fulfillment or shipping schedules.
Payment Changes
After an order has been submitted, the payment method generally cannot be changed.
If payment authorization fails, customers may be asked to submit a new order using a valid payment method.
Promotional Discounts
If you forgot to apply a promotional code before completing your purchase, please contact our customer support team.
We will review your request; however, promotional discounts generally cannot be applied after an order has been completed unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated in the promotion's terms.
Cancellation Due to Payment Issues
Enercase reserves the right to cancel orders when:
- Payment authorization cannot be completed.
- Fraud prevention measures require cancellation.
- Billing information cannot be verified.
- Suspicious transaction activity is detected.
Customers will be notified whenever possible if an order is canceled for payment or security reasons.
Cancellation Due to Inventory
Although we work to maintain accurate inventory, occasional stock discrepancies may occur.
If an item becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, we may:
- Contact you regarding available alternatives.
- Offer a refund.
- Cancel the affected item or order if necessary.
Refunds for unavailable items will be processed using the original payment method.
